Dr. John B. Cotter is a highly respected ophthalmologist and cornea specialist with nearly five decades of experience in eye care. He received his Medical Degree in 1972 from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed his internship at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City and residency at the University of Missouri Kansas City Medical Center.
