Elisabeth Sledz, M.D., is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery at ADV Vision.
Dr. Sledz earned her Bachelor of Science in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her medical degree from the University of New Mexico. She completed a transitional year residency at MacNeal Hospital, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Loyola University Medical Center. She then completed a fellowship in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery through the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Sledz is fellowship-trained in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery. She is also a member of Women in Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Medical Association, and the University of New Mexico Alumni Association.
ADV Vision has offices in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Santa Maria, California, as well as Surgery Center in San Luis Obispo.
